PAVE COMPANY (COMPETITION TRACK) - OC ONLY

Our Competitive Team Program is designed for PrePAVE dancers (ages 3–5) and beginning to intermediate dancers (ages 6–18) seeking a more focused and structured competitive training experience. Dancers compete at traditional regional competitions and nationals such as KAR, Showstopper, and Rainbow Dance Competition while receiving required technique training, genre-specific instruction, and performance development. This pathway is ideal for dancers who may be less interested in the convention circuit but are still looking for a rigorous and challenging environment centered on technical growth, teamwork, private instruction, and solo development within a supportive and structured program.

PAVEPRO (CONVENTION TRACK)

Advanced level dancers (ages 7-18) who are focused on more serious training and represent PAVE teams at conventions. PAVEPRO members will be placed on groups (choreographed by resident or master teachers) that compete at conventions and convention nationals. PAVEPRO training will include a privatized PRO class, technique and choreography classes, PAVEPRO team rehearsal blocks with a dedicated coach and access to periodic PAVEMENT master classes (taught by top industry professionals). *Required technique hours to compete on PAVEPRO *high school dancers may be approved for lower requirement depending on dance curriculum at school.

*PAVEPRO X (CONVENTION TRACK): If your dancer is interested, you may be invited to compete on a PAVEPRO X team opportunities set by outside or resident choreographers (with crossover casts from SD/ OC) that will rehearse in either location at set times - schedule will be shared at time of casting.

TEAM UP (ALL STAR COMPETITION TEAM) - OC ONLY

The junior high and high school dance training and competition program is designed to develop dancers’ skills and support their progression from studio classes to high school dance and song teams, advancing from JV to Varsity, and from Varsity to college and pro-level teams. The program emphasizes building technical skills, enhancing performance quality, and mastering choreography tailored to dance and song teams. Curriculum includes technique, choreography classes designed to elevate dancers who aspire to excel in high school song and dance teams, collegiate, and professional sports entertainment dance teams.

TEAM UP COLLEGE/ PRO MENTORING PROGRAM ALSO REQUIRES AUDITION TO PARTICIPATE.

team up pom & dance team camp JUN 23 - 25

this camp is for dancers who want to focus on pom and jazz technique and learn a variety of pom/ song material! Camp is open to dancers preparing for junior high or high school and provides the necessary training, support and guidance for dancers interested in leveling up after high school to college/pro dance team opportunities. Focus is on improving technical skills, enhancing performance quality, and learning college/pro dance style of choreograph

LADERA RANCH ages 7-18, $225

headstart audition prep JULY 20 - 23

Dancers will begin learning audition comibinations. Choreography will only be taught during this amp - private lessons will not be used for learning or rehearsing audition material.

ALISO VIEJO Ages 5 and up $225

pave competition company week JUL 27 - 30

Led primarily by PAVE staff and will focus on technique, stretch & strength, and movement based classes. Directors and coaches will be observing throughout the week.

GLOW UP DANCE CAMP: KATSEYE Edition JUN 10 - 12

Beginning - Intermediate Levels

this high-energy camp blends jazz and hip hop styles inspired by the KATSEYE. Will focus on performance, confidence, and having fun! Dancers will learn dynamic combos, build stage presence, and finish the camp with fierce “glow up” combos to showcase their new skills.

these fun-filled 2-day dance camps are perfect for little dancers combining the basic dance skills of ballet, jazz, & ACRO with fun dance games and creative crafts!

NINJA FORCE: BOYS DANCE EDITION - JUNE 15 - 16

Beginning Level

Calling all PAVE little brothers and boys interested in learning how to dance, move, and groove! This high-energy beginner camp introduces hip hop basics through fun ninja-themed games, movement challenges, and creative dance combinations.

No experience needed—just energy, confidence, and a love for movement!

technique matters camp JUL 8 - 10

Beginning - Advanced Levels

focused on ballet alignment, proper technique and building stronger technical foundations. Dancers will receive detailed corrections, along with specific drills for turns and jumps to elevate overall execution. Dancers will be grouped by level based on where they will benefit most.

intro to choreo & convention prep JULY 13 - 17

Beginning - Intermediate Levels

convention prep camp (intermediate and advanced). This camp will focus on developing tools needed for improvisation, choreography retention, performance quality, and stand out in a room in a convention. Showcase on last day. Ages 7 and up

MOONWALK MAGIC DANCE CAMP: MJ Edition JULY 24 - 25

Intermediate - Advanced Levels

Come dance with us in this exciting MICHAEL JACKSON–inspired camp! Dancers will explore jazz, tap, contemporary, and hip hop styles while learning fun choreography combos to iconic songs. They’ll practice their best moonwalks, build confidence, and have a blast as they bring the King of Pop’s legendary music and moves to life!

1. Fill out audition form by June 12th and pay application fee of $75 (late application fee is $100 after June 12th; $125 after July 1)

Prospective and returning dancers are evaluated for company placement and training level by: Age, Skills, Technique, Performance ability, Ability to learn choreography, Focus (attitude, character, ability to listen, effort, etc.).

Dancers may also be offered solo/ duo/ trio opportunities.

2. Sign up and pay for mandatory summer intensive by July 15th and sign up and attend audition day!

PAVE COMPANY INTENSIVE (7.27 - 7.30 intensive and 7.31 audition)

*non-refundable Season XI commitment fee of $200 will be collected on audition day in order to be placed in program or groups. This season commitment fee covers directorship planning, administration, scheduling, and program development for the new season.

solos may be scheduled earlier in the summer if the dancer is enrolled in mandatory summer intensive and if the dancer has completed the dance team contract and paid the nonrefundable season commitment fee of $200.

3. Attend parent meeting on August 2 at 5 pm

Hear about training schedule, different programs, competition and convention venues, tuition and all-competition and convention related fees, costumes, and expectations!

4. New and returning PAVE dancers receive offers by August 10th

Solo/ duo/ trio offers and groups with rehearsal times and coaches for weekly slots; groups are designated by age, style and size.

5. Accept offers by August 14th

Technique intensives and certain choreography for groups will be set the week of August 14th
Tuition plans and contracts due August 14th. First tuition payment will be automatically deducted for required classes on August 17th. Modifications may be made after.

6. Classes for Season XI begin August 17!!!

Half of August tuition minimum level required classes will be processed on August 17th.
